The Gig will initially explore and establish your risk management context - and identify your needs - to accurately develop and specify an agreed scope of work. This may be a straightforward validation of a clear view you already have - or it may be an iterative conversation involving research. As an experienced consultant in Risk Management / Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery / Crisis Management for large organizations around the world, I will then support your needs in a range of ways - by drafting? plans, performing risk analysis and assessments, assessing current plans, taking Business Impact Assessment data and formatting it into a Business Impact Assessment template and / or putting it into Business Continuity Plans.
