I started working in the BPO Industry since 2015, my first job in the industry is an Appointment setter for a Health Insurance campaign we are calling prospects that are willing to have consultations regarding their Health Insurances I worked there for almost 5 months. Then I worked as a Home based Agent with a Solar Power Campaign which we are calling customers that are willing to get Solar Power on their homes, Also I worked Customer Service Representative in Alorica Inc. Lipa City, Batangas site, I handled Comcast West Division Billing Account there for almost a year. We are receiving almost a hundred calls back to back everyday from customers that have concerns with their Cable, Internet and Telephone Bills, we also have up selling there which we sell cable, internet and phone connections to the customers. I also have experience in being a Technical Support Representative there in Comcast West Division. We we're cross-trained from Billing to Tech Support and we handled that campaign for 3 months. After my job in Alorica as a Customer Service Associate, I got a job as a home based agent again. I handled different accounts as a home based agent. I honed my phone handling, chat support, email handling, customer support, selling, and data entry skills from my experience in the BPO Industry for almost 5 years.
