I have experience on designing and developing process for business based on IBM BPM platform, I also work on implementation automation process with RPA Uipath. Currently, I'm working with Uipath and I have to communicate with customer to understand their requirement and their process. Beside that, I'm responsible for testing and reporting defect or feature to improve the product.
