SAP GRC Access Control and Authorisation

  • Building and testing roles (PFCG) across all SAP clients. 
  • Submitting monthly SUIM reports for audit purposes.
  • Creation of users, Password Reset, Deleting, Locking and Unlocking users with (SU01 & SU10) on SAP systems 
  • Responding to authorisations queries, evaluating and investigating all request (SU53 & SE16) and record changes made.  
  • Using SAP GRC for creating users, maintaining users and user role provisioning (run simulations for roles requested by users before giving access in SAP, Check for segregation of duties violations on new and existing roles and run monthly reports for violations in the system.  
  • Identifying problem areas (weak/open authorisation) through collection of information and analysis.  
  • Application of corrective actions, ensuring continuous improvement, including the Authorisations process. 
  • Exploring new methodologies that will simplify the authorisations effort without compromising the security and SAP best practice. 
  • Evaluating and rectifying audit findings of all SAP clients
  • Training users on password self-service, 
  • Defining Segregation of duties (SOD) and doing SOD clean up. 
  • User master clean up across all SAP clients, loading mitigation controls on GRC. 
  • Identifying gaps in the GRC system and maintaining them. 
  • Evaluating and rectify audit findings of all SAP clients.
