- Has SuccessFactors Employee Central, Compensation and PM/GM module implementation experience
- International experience working for clients across various industries viz., Automotive, Manufacturing, IT Services, Media, Gas and Oil, Airports Authority in solving business problems and streamline their business processes
- Expertise in writing PCRs and customizing Schemas in time and payroll modules
- Experience in writing LSMWs and creating Ad Hoc Queries SAP Queries
- Good analytical and trouble shooting skills in SAP time and payroll modules
- Experience in Test Management Tool: HP ALM & Issue and Project tracking Tool: Jira
- Experience providing operational support using the tools: ServiceNow, CA Service Desk
- Experience in creating worksheets and dashboards in Tableau, R and SQL scripts
