I have an overall experience of 5 years with IT and HR systems with certified in 7 different SAP SuccessFactors modules. I have worked on 2 implementations - one if PMGM end-to-end implementation with the role out and another one is the implementation of the People Analytics tool. The certifications are :

Served as a Subject Matter Expert for Recruiting Management and Onboarding of HR Information System. I have specialization in different modules of SAP SuccessFactors like Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Onboarding, Reporting, and Performance Management.

Holding responsibilities for end-to-end implementation, coordination, and execution of SAP Successfactors system within SAP and third-party systems.

Evaluating customer’s requirements and implementing the changes accordingly, and testing to fulfill organizational needs. Documenting test cases, managing changes, and addressing costs to the organization.

Providing training to users, preparing training materials and guidelines, assisting users, and supporting technical staff on the implementation of SAP.

Responsible for specific components within SuccessFactors from an IT perspective. Potentially lead component teams, coordinate the activities of the team(s), and overall management of project sprints, deliverables, and budget including stakeholder management.
