Self development teaching and training

$75/hr Starting at $200

Dear recruiter, During my 12 years as a psychologist I have been providing group sessions, lectures and courses. I have generally handled the whole process from concept, to creating teaching materials/hand-outs, providing the presentation and finally grading the results. The groups I have taught were generally about 15 persons, lectures have been for groups ranging from 40 to 200. Besides having been self-employed as a trainer I have also taught at a coaching and counselling academy. Aside from these formal roles I have also spend some months as a spokes model for charities, companies and a political party as well as having been a remedial teacher while I was in university. My teaching style is supportive and interactive, encouraging participation and joint exploration of the subject. I tend to be a generalist rather than a specialist finding cross-discipline links most interesting. I have good coaching abilities and can switch communication styles easily in my lessons. I have experience with teaching via the internet. You will find me a creative, intelligent, open minded and responsible employee committed to efficiency, teamwork and customer satisfaction. On a social level I enjoy travelling, cross-cultural communication and sharing with co-workers at lunch or after work. My goal is to work in a dynamic environment in which I can put my interpersonal and creative talents to use. I am willing to work flexibly if the need arises, but welcome a balance between work and family life so part time or freelance employment is also an option. Even though I have several years of work experience I am willing to accept a starter's position and evolve within the company. Thank you for your time and attention. I am looking forward to our future cooperation Kind regards, Han Ko Barry Bicknese, M.A.
