I am a senior accountant. I have 24 years of work experience. I have done bachelor of commerce. And have done some computer/accounting courses.

Educational Qualifications

 S.S.C. with Bright Land English School

 H.S.C. Pass from NIOS Board

 Graduation in BCOM from Indira Gandhi National University

 Proficiency in information and System Management Course from Aptech, Surat in 1997.

 Practical Accountancy Class from Surat in 1998

 Web Centric Computing Course from NIIT in 2002 from Surat.

Responsibilities handled:

 Preparation of GST various types of return

 Maintaining General Ledgers, Party Ledgers, Sales Ledgers, Purchase Ledgers,

 Filing & maintaining TDS return Preparation and e-filing of TDS Statements

 Follow up on Outstanding debts

 Prepare daily expenses vouchers and making payment of various bills

 Monitoring preparation of statement including Trial Balance, P & L A/c. Client Outstanding, Account Receivable / Payable, General Ledger,  

   Receivable Management, Balance sheets on monthly as well as annual basis.

 All Type Bank Project Approval.

 Maintaining banking functions, including Bank Reconciliation Statement

 Manage Accounts team in this organization.

 Computation and preparation of Income Tax returns of Firms & Companies, Individual.

 Interacting with statutory auditors regarding audit finalization of accounts.

 Providing client accounts reconciliation as needed.

 Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.

 Prepare documents for loan/OD

 Any other task required by the Management as per their requirements.

 Liaison with I.T. Dept. regards IT Scrutiny.
