Principal Responsibilities
• Prepare/review of accounts for client companies, trusts, protected cell companies.( Financial statement and monthly management account)
• Computation and filing of Corporate Tax
• Prepare/review of periodic financial reports/analysis or any other ad-hoc statements for clients
• Preparation of NAVs for funds
• Review of accounts provided by external accountants before accounts are filed
• Work with administrators and Treasury to ensure completeness of accounting records
• Ensure compliance of accounts to respective accounting standards (e.g. IFRS, HK & US Gaap)
• Liaise with auditors in respect of audit queries and ensure completion of audit within deadline
• Liaise with tax agents in respect of tax filing and ensure filing is accomplished before deadline
• Preparation of pension/ payroll statements for clients
• Report to directly with head of department, manager, director and chief executive officer
• Approve payments/ review bank transfer specifications and applicable supporting documents
• Assist and review works of staffs (accountant, junior accountants, interns and trainees)
• Liaise with other locations and internal and external parties for financial information
• Any other tasks and responsibilities that are assigned by the Management
