Duties and Responsibilities Develops training content on various subjects; mainly Quality Management Systems based on ISO standards, and others as assigned. Designs, develops indexes anzd maintains training content documentation using the documentation management system. Monitors end-user feedback and systems development efforts to facilitate continuous improvement of documentation. Manages training development projects including timelines, development of costs, development of content, audio and video recording, digitizing media, writing user interface, developing assessments and creating animations. Creates articles, case studies, white-papers, webinars and other promotional materials related to the above-mentioned training courses and standards. Conducts training material peer reviews and performs other related duties as assigned by management.
