Having expertise in various surveys/studies (i.e. tracer studies, cluster studies, research studies etc.) I also have an expertise in Monitoring, Evaluation, Survey Design and Implementation, Data Collection and Training, Statistical Data Analysis and Reporting, Research Proposals & Research Study Designs and the Projects Management all together in Health, Education( formal, technical & vocational), Agriculture, Population Planning, Social Protection & Safety Nets, Poverty calculation, Finance, Governance, Media Contents Analysis, Emergency, Gender, MDGs, Human Development and the area of Rural Development. Worked on policy research/analysis of Poverty Reduction Strategy of Pakistan- its progress and spending, Gender Responsive Budgeting, Social Protection and Safety Nets, Poverty and Social Impact Analysis in Education (NFBE & PMF), Health (EPI & MNCH), Youth & Unemployment, PRSP Budgetary Expenditures and the Social Sector of Pakistan, Gender Aware Policy Appraisal (GAPA) & Gender Aware Beneficiary Assessment (GABA). I have conducted various social studies in the sector of education, health, economic development, KAP and impact including tracer studies by collecting qualitative, quantitative and mixed data and analyzed these studies via multiple statistical softwares. I have worked with CPRU – UNDP in Rapid Need Assessment process by analyzing and collecting the Damages/Losses data in 16 flood affected districts of the Punjab for rehabilitation and support also with Focus Afghanistan in UNDP project as Data Analyst to facilitate the process of Post Disaster Need Assessment Survey (PDNA) after the flood 2014 and worked with ACTED international Islamabad as Project Coordinator (Monitoring, Evaluation & Research) and conducted successfully the Nutrition (NEEP) research project in interior Sindh and also implemented the project “Impact of Microfinance in Pakistan (a project of PPAF) successfully. Recently I am working with Independent Monitoring Unit (IMU) of OTI USAID as Senior Evaluation & Analysis Expert, responsible for implementation and management of Monitoring, Evaluation & Research of all grants implemented by DAI in Punjab & Karachi while implemented by IOM in FATA/KP. Having strong hold on statistical packages like SPSS, Stata, Epi Info and CSPro for quantitative data management while MAXQDA and Atlus Ti for qualitative data management. Beside that I have designed M&E plans for various organizations during my work and trained more than 200 staff on M&E providing them different trainings.
