The client, a leader in the security market, was dealing with low turnover times and the necessity of testing manually all of the components included in their part of the product. As a result, customer satisfaction was low and fixes were rushed.

• Improved turnover time from 1 week to 1 hour by moving from manual testing to a framework for the testing and creating tests that would require next to no input from the tester.
• Boosted testing precision by 80% by generating custom-tailored tests for each aspect of the product through the use of the logs and resources available in the environment.

The client was struggling with generating data manually for their system. As a result, fixing and testing bugs took longer than expected. The time would exponentially increase as more data points needed to be generated.

• Reduced the data generation time by 30X per data point by leveraging tester and developer-generated data to create a database and use it to create more data points.

The client needed more developers to fix bugs in a legacy system divided into several tens of smaller components. Bugs were generally quite small, as a result, multiple fixes were launched at the same time when the same component had several bugs associated with it. 

• Eliminated 60% of the major bugs affecting the code by practising clean coding procedures, filtering out the minor or irrelevant bugs hence focusing on the bigger tasks at hand.
