Responsible for creating Revit Families as per material submittals from supplier. ? Responsible for creating Schematic drawing as per submitted shop drawings for MEP services. ? Responsible for creating final MEP equipment installation drawings. Pump rooms, ETS rooms, Plant rooms and AHU rooms detail drawings. ? Responsible for creating coordinated RCP drawings and details. ? Responsible for creating 3D coordinated MEP riser drawings. ? Toilet Details, Opening& Locations for outlets, Co-ordination with Main & Finishing Contractors for Locations & Arrangements of Services ? Preparation of Shop Drawings from Preliminary Design Drawings as per approving. ? Preparation of co-ordination Drawings for all mep Services coordinating each other and with Structural Element. Avoiding clashes of all services & maintaining standard of quality drawing. ? Making clear coordinated section & details. ? Quantity take-off for ordering the material for tender project. ? Preparing co-ordinated shop drawing in 2D and 3D of all services in Revit. software. ? Preparation of preliminary drawings for Air-Conditioning. ? Preparation of preliminary drawings like Ducting, Chilled Water Piping/Copper Piping in Single line Diagram. ? Preparation of Riser Diagrams for Fresh Air, Extract (Toilet and Kitchen) and Chilled Water Piping especially in High Rise Tower. ? Preparation of Shop Drawings from Preliminary Design Drawings as per approving.
