Strong abilities to face communication with providers, customers and users. Solid understanding in Virtualization (VmWare ), Windows servers, active directory , networks services, SAN, NAS solutions. Hands-on experience working with Solarwinds suites for network management, performance and traffic monitoring. Strong understanding of Palo alto networks firewalls. Basic understanding in Amazon Web Services (AWS). Strong knowledge of Hosted PBXs architecture. Experience working with Centos and Fedora Linux distros.
