Ana Mae Kriska V. Sotrina My name is Ana Mae Kriska Velasquez Sotrina – Mae for short. I am 30 years old and hard-driven person. I seek new learning, experiences and challenges. I have been in Business Process Outsourcing industry (Sales, Customer Service, Processing and Team Management) for almost 10 years. As part of the Mid-Level Management as a Senior Operations Specialist from my last job, my main task was to process and underwrite customers application while managing the team. Making sure the team meet and exceed the team target and their individual stats. It was a fulfilling job and a lot of growing professionally and personally. I was able to manage both my team and individual performance. My first 5 years in BPO was Sales, Customer Service and Technical Support for TV/HighSpeed Internet. I was also a Point-Of-Contact for Sales and Chat Support and was able to participate during Weekly Business Review presentation with Clients. I love photography. I am a self-confessed homebody but my passion for photography allows me to go out and meet people. I sometimes grab photoshoot events/opportunities during my free time. I also love writing and reading. During my school years, I was part of your school papers. Currently, my curiosity leads me to e-commerce. I have been watching videos and eager to learn the ins and outs of this kind of business
