• Create Test cases & test the workflow of the system • Manage other Collogues work and send status with their work to Manager • Track and report bugs by using BugZilla,TFS Tracking Tool. • Review Design Documents and Comment on Business Logic of any Test Request • Review/Open/Close Tickets in MenaMe (Tickets Application) • Make Daily/MonthlyReports about all issues faced all Customers • Contact Customers directly to confirm fixes and follow with them any issue
