? Quantity Takeoff for the pre and post contract Civil / Infrastructure projects. ? Preparation of Interim Payment valuations, Final Account and getting certification, Payments as per Contractual Terms & Conditions. ? Preparation and Comparison of Revised BOQ with the Tender BOQ. ? Preparation & management of Variations, Cost Implications with reference to changes in Drawings, Specifications, and Contracts etc. ? Preparation of Tender Rate Breakup & Rate Analysis or Breakups for non-tendered Activity ? Ensuring Work done within the Budget by Undertaking costs analysis for projects. ? Quantification and workouts of Material, Manpower & Machinery Requirements for the Project. ? Reconciliations of Materials and Quantities for Commercial Cost Comparisons & Productivity. ? Ensure the Claim for EOT with relevant correspondence, firm up delay periods, and references to demonstrate effect of delays on installation program. ? Prepare and Produce monthly cost & value reports, quarterly reports & cash flow information on Weekly, Monthly Basis. ? Analysis of Job Cost Report with Job Cost Ledger. ? Site Inspection, Tracking of Project Progress, Attending at internal, external meetings. ? Keep track of project as per planning schedule and coordinate with higher management. ? Ensuring to use standard form contracts and strictly adhere to the Organization’s SOP. ? Inspecting Project Sites and then valuing completed work, monitoring the cost of site resources. ? Developing strong relationships with the clients, consultants and sub-contractors. ? Responsible for the Certifications of Sub Contractor Payment Applications as per the Contract. ? Accessing Purchase Requisitions, Project Based Labor/Material/Machinery/Cost Approvals, Updating Project milestones, cost and payment information, & closing of Projects.
