I do SketchUp models of residential houses and apartment units and make construction animations/flythroughs of them for presentation purposes. I also edit them as videos inserting logo animations as can be seen in sample videos for watermarking, promotion and identification purposes. I can build up the 3D models you require from scalable PDF files you send me.  Adding some texts/captions and motion graphics can liven things up if you so require. I do Video edits in Camtasia to make these possible.
