I am an aspiring professional looking to get into the social media marketing field. I am most interested in the customer service/experience and promotional areas of social media marketing. I am very tech savvy and familiar with how social media works as I am an avid user of various social media platforms, such as Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. I thoroughly enjoy social media and I would love to have a job within the field in some way, such as live chat support, comment response, or other related jobs and work my way up within the field. I am also an excellent communicator and observer. 

Aside from being an avid user of social media platforms, I also have skills from previous retail and customer service experience-related jobs that would translate well into this field, such as attending to customer needs and organization and maintenance of floors and operations.
