I'm experienced software engineer and developer (delphi, C#, VBA), including GIS applications (ArcGIS). I often act as a developer of standalone data converting tools, modules and subsystems of large systems. I have a dozen of finished database design and programming projects (Firebird, Oracle). I'm also skilled in modeling. I have intimate knowledge of UML, DFD, because I have worked a teacher of this subjects during 15 years with participating in real projects for complicated subject domains and reviewing hundreds of various student models.
