Usually I work in a team of two (for the cost of one freelancer) with my spouse on Android applications that solve everyday problems, make special professional tasks quicker and help people utilize the benefits of today's technology. We not only deliver the software, but we are determined to get to know the underlying goals of the software projects we work on and to support our clients with a complex solution to achieve them. Below you can read about our methods in a little more detail: We define the software together with the client through multiple discussions and iterate through various prototypes if needed and the time allows. We like to test our work as early as possible thus we deliver software multiple times over the course of development. This way we can continuously fine-tune all requirements throughout the project. We work with Agile methodologies customized to our small team for flexibility, so we can easily adapt new processes if the need arises. We advocate a no-nonsense approach to delivering solutions to problems we also help define.
