Strong knowledge in Agile testing. • Rich experience in Test Estimation, End to end testing, understanding business requirements, preparing test plan, designing test cases, execution of test cases, give recommendations to developer to make application user friendly and usable. • Sound knowledge of Test Objectives, Test Planning, Test Strategy, Testing Tools, Reporting Processes, Defect Management, Metrics, Risk Based Testing (RBT). • Individual contributor for complex product features and provided production support.. • Task Assignment to the team members, progress tracking, Conflict Management and team building skills. • Experience serving as the functional subject matter expert on projects based on previous experience and/or the ability to quickly learn and become the resident expert. • Good Understanding of database servers Comfortable with querying databases to create and validate test data using SQL tools. • Strong Skills with ALM Quality Center. • Extensive work experience on Regression Testing, UAT and Ad-hoc Testing. • Extensive work experience in System Integration Testing where more than two systems are involved. • Provide leadership, support, and ongoing guidance to members of the QA team and Manage testing feedback, lead defect prioritization, and communicate regularly with discipline leads to ensure proper resolution in a timely fashion
