I have 3 years experience in dropshipping. Previously I worked as Sourcing Analyst in Ecom Direct company a US-based company as FBA. I do product research and listings using Arbitrage and create a good quality listing using Spreadsheet and system called Arbitrage Suite to become Amazon Seller. I see to it that we list same products through its description such as size, color, counts, photo, other descriptions, and other details according to the restrictions and guidelines of my client using tools such as Scanalyze, Arbitrage Software, Check Permission, BSR, Keepa and other tools extension to win the Buybox. 

I also did team lead of listers, quality checking of every list considering our guidelines to avoid mistakes and uploading them to the system and its monitoring.

 I was also assigned to source product from Zoro, Home Depot, Costco and Overstock using Check Permission Tools, Rev seller, Keepa Graph and Spreadsheet for formula computation as FBM. I consider restrictions given to list a product from other merchant. Model Number an product descriptions should be check and correct for both sides.

I had also experience in Order Fulfillment process orders from Zoro, Home Depot, Walmart, Costco, Overstock and Amazon. Checking all shipping details, Billing Address, card to use, quantity and product specs. I also did some part of tracking orders.

Also, I was assigned to monitor delivery status from our supplier and update in our system using Ecom. I supported Customer service, delivery status and monitoring.
