The most important thing is to have a clear description of what the client requires. 

That is, describe as best as possible the intention and nuances that I must achieve with the voice, this can even support it with a reference video, where it can be shown, part of what is desired, or some audio that helps, that provides more details, of what is wanted with the voice.

The first audios delivered will be the revisions, in such a way that the client can verify each of the details (text, nuance, intention, etc.). Audio files to review will be intentionally sent with low audio quality. 

Only when the revisions have been approved by the client, the file of the professional or expected audio quality and format will be sent. I like to work with texts through mail, or we can use Telegram as a means of communication.
