1.A competent professional with 5 yr. Experience in the Designing & prototype development of different types of Hydraulic, Pneumatic SPM & Screen printing machines, conveyors, Jet cooling machine, mold vacuum machine, Agriculture Machine Packaging Machine, & Tool Design. 2.Creation of 3D model & Drawing on solid works / NX of parts, sub-assemblies & final assemblies. 3.Proficient in analysis process, identifying improvement area and implementing new techniques for reducing rejection level, rework and consumption of resources. 4.Resourceful in managing design & engineering operations involving developing detailed drawings and calculations 5.Having good knowledge of GD&T and applied the same in making Mounting Frame, Hose fittings pneumatic & hydraulic. 6.Fine knowledge of pneumatic components, circuits & symbols, selection of hoses and pneumatic & hydraulic fittings as per application 7.Knowledge of common national/international standards, understand product/part specific standards (Customer specification) and their use during drawing/data creation 8.Knowledge of Threads BSP, BSPT & Machine Threads.
