Analyze the daily productivity of the 4 deals making sure we are able to achieve sla´s and goals required by the clients. Work with Contract Leads to present Improvement Ideas when I find there´s an issue or it´s possible to modify the processes, How we perform the activities or any changes in the Tools/System we use, to that will allow to obtain faster resolutions and also if possible, save money to our clients. Identify Trends or Issues that can affect the Daily Team Work and have quick action plans to improve the affected SLA or make sure the Team achieve the goals. Work with the team to improve the knowledge on Accenture Social Medias. Career development of the team, making sure people was able to increase the knoweledge and tools to continue their career in Accenture.
