Building a strong knowledgebase by documenting best troubleshooting ideas & tech notes. ? Performing manual testing to find & fix bugs on the go. ? Performing Integration testing to test end-to-end message integration. ? Performing Regression testing after making changes proposed by partners etc. ? Daily monitoring of EDI systems, analyzing and resolve technical problems by troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues independently. ? Answering the incidents & requests by Business users and driving them to a logical closure. ? Prioritizing tasks based on business impact. ? Communicating with cross-functional teams located in multiple geographies via e-mail/phone/forums/remote sessions.
