CLIENTS’ STANDARDS: DEP’S, API 661, NR 12, NR 13, and CSA B51 

 PV Elite, Compress, B Jac, AutoCad, FEA, ANSYS 

Design of Equipment: Feed documents preparation and Feed endorsement, Preparation of Technical Specifications, Material Requisitions, Mechanical Data sheets etc. for Static Equipment and Packages, Preparation of Design Basis. 

Static Equipment Design: Mechanical Design of Pressure Vessel, Columns, Shell & Tube Type Heat Exchangers, and atmospheric pressure storage tanks. Preparation of detailed design calculations as per international codes using software, Preparation of specification and fabrication drawings, Preparation 

  • Rotary Equipment Design: Preparation of specifications and data sheets for pumps and compressors, Review of NPSH and power calculations and performance characteristic curves for pumps, inter discipline Co-ordination with respect to piping layouts, foundation detail etc, Monitoring non-conformities and analyzing causes and remedies of non-conformities at the end of every project, Attending clients and vendor meetings. 
  • Procurement Assistance: Review of vendor offers, sending queries and getting clarifications from vendors, Technical discussion with vendors, Technical bid evaluation of vendor offers, Preparation of technical recommendation for successful vendors, Technical discussion with Clients & Vendors at pre ordering stage during fabrication / Execution 
  • Inspection: Review and approval of Vendor documents like QAP, Welding Details & weld procedures, Inspection & Test Plans etc., Inspection of stage wise fabrication of equipment 
  • Mechanical Maintenance of Equipment: Routine inspection of Static and Rotary Equipment, Preparation of spares, Repair of damaged
