• Working on international code ASME Section VIII Division 1 & Division 2 -2019 • Working on international code TEMA for shell & tube type heat exchanger. • Preparation of mechanical calculation for heat exchanger & pressure vessel. • Preparation of Mechanical datasheets, design and supply specifications for Pressure vessels, shell & Tube Heat exchangers, Columns and other static equipment. • Evaluation of vendor offer and Technical bid tabulation before awarding contract to manufacturers. • Review of Vendor drawings and Design calculations of static equipment during detail engineering phase. • Review specification & engineering drawings of the pressure vessels, column, heat exchangers etc. • Able to size heat exchangers, evaporator and condensers and check the sizing calculations submitted by Vendors as per relevant applicable codes and standards. • Preparation of design calculations and guide designers on preparation of drawings
