More than 3 years of experience working with big consultancy firms such as KPMG and Standard & Poor's Key responsibilities include: • Conducting an in-depth analysis of company’s financials, to assess the impact/ rationale for transactions and restructuring (M&A) activities undertaken by the companies • Managing a broad range of financial analysis and research requirements for company profiles, industry overviews, target identification exercises and due diligence research reports using various frameworks such as PESTLE analysis, Porter’s Five Force model, Harvey Ball framework, SWOT analysis, etc. • Carrying out a detailed critical analysis of company’s information memorandums, including estimation of companies’ financials, to identify the potential risks to a company’s growth opportunities • Understanding viability of PE investments across capital markets
