Supply chain is a crucial function which impacts the bottom line significantly. Many large and successful manufacturing and trading organisations have developed this function to beat competition by miles. To attain that level of efficiency organisations need to know the process gaps, people capability status and a road map to bridge them. Hiring a high end supply chain leader or a Chief Supply Chain Office could be expensive. I come with an experience of over three decades in pharmaceutical supply chain, business excellence and sales working with pharma majors like Pfizer & Abbott.
