Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management. Test computers to ensure proper functioning of computer systems. Interact with staff on desktop problems and their resolution Like Hard Disk, power issue. Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated problems. Maintain good professional relationships with engineering (vendor) and customer support departments. Apply diagnostic utilities for better understand system issue. Install antivirus (McAfee and Symantec) and make sure it should be updated on time and encrypted. Operating system related issue like update, installation, and repair. Outlook configuration and his related issue like unable to send mail, create PST/OST and rules. Outlook configuration in Samsung Tablet mobile, desktop and laptop. Patch / windows update, Hardware Problem resolution. Anti-virus updates through Central Antivirus Console / Central Patch Distribution Software. Working knowledge in Cloud base application like G-suite and office 365. Complete life cycle for Safe word Tokens: - inventory, allocation, surrender, replacement, activation. Provide support and identify all issues and prepare appropriate documentation all issues and solutions. Administer and resolve applications issues, provide updates and perform analysis. Maintain inventory of all the small equipment’s, hardware purchased so far with their depreciation value. Prepare IMAC as per new user requirement for Desktop PC and Laptop. Setup desktop computers and peripherals device such as printers, scanners in network. Working with active directory domains and internal network creation. Install, configure, and maintain Active Directory and third party software utilities for hardware systems within company operational guidelines. Handle issue related VPN (Forti client) local Wi-Fi / Data Card. Handle LAN related issue and active port. Working knowledge on Cisco VoIP IP phone and VC. Issue related Credential, Permission, Security Concerns and Rights Problems. Provide remote support to end-users who are working out of location we are using tools like (IBM Big Fix, Any Desk, and Team viewer). Basic Knowledge DHCP, DNS and Networking protocol TCP/IP. Laptop and Desktop PC repair – Like Replace Mother Board, Screen, HDD, RAM, and Keyboard. Server Dressing and Crimping knowledge. Performing basic network level troubleshooting and check whether it’s working properly or not. Support Black Barry, ISO and Samsung device user.
