Providing day to day Help desk support to 200+ on-shore and off-shore employees. • Administrating and responsible for Microsoft File and Print servers cluster on windows server. Managing printers’ queues, spoolers, files and folders permission, maintenance/failover of cluster when required. • Network Support includes Firewall administration, Routing, Switching, VPN, Site to Site Tunnelling, Content Filtering and more. • Administration of SQL Server. • Configuration and management of the Wi-Fi Router and Access Points. • Administration of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WDS, DFS, RDS, IIS • Administration of Hyper-V • Administration of MS SharePoint in-house and hosted environment. • Administration of Webservers hosted on IIS, Apache. • Administration of File servers & maintaining their daily Backup. • Administration of MS Dynamic CRM in-house and hosted environment. • Administration of MS TFS. • Administration of cloud environment hosted on AWS & Azure. • Create, update, and maintain software and hardware procedure documentation. • Inventory and tracking of IT assets. • Install, configure and troubleshoot Linux distributions. • Installation and management of virtual servers on MS Hyper-V & VMware. • Maintaining PBX based IP phone systems. • Responsible for hardware purchases, deliveries, asset tracking and maintaining inventory. • Make, update and review documentation. • Worked on Sonic Wall, Sophos Hardware Firewall, Configuration, Authentication with the Active Directory, Creation and Management of Web Access Policies and Objects.
