I have an experience as a virtual assistant working with a real estate broker. My role was to manage properties. I extract data from real estate site to excel spreadsheet. And also because I love interacting with people. Also, I have an experience on being a CSR. I response to customer's feed back and also manage my employer's email. During my time working as a volunteer in a medical mission, I realized just how much I love being with people. And as a customer service representative also as a Virtual Assistant , I will have more opportunity on working with different company and people. They will help me to practice my skills that I do not know before. My skills and knowledge will help other businesses to grow as I help them to gain more.
