Hello! I'm Zach, a full stack web & app core developer. With over a decade of development experience and an education background in business and data analytics, I bring a unique mix of development expertise, strong communication, and business acumen to every client engagement. I have been working with Web development (JavaScript Single Page Application), PHP frameworks, Mobile App Development(Native & Hybrid), SQL & NoSQL databases, and AWS & DigitalOcean for my entire (12+ year) time in programming. Unlike many developers in these languages and frameworks I have taken the time to learn the inner workings of these languages and can easily wield them without supporting frameworks if needed (for smaller projects, I actually prefer this lightweight and fast approach). I love to work on projects that result in automated solutions and save my client time or overhead. My most recent work has been to help ReVamp Electronics become one of the fastest growing companies in the nation (Inc. 45 last year!). My role in this was by automating and improving internal processes, such as their customer warranty system and their warehouse technology. During this time I have developed several Shopify stores with custom functionality and Brightpearl apps. I have also spearheaded an upgrade from a severely outdated version of Magento to the latest version. Prior to that I wore many hats at a media startup in Missouri for several years. I single-handedly built a web crawler that processed thousands of sites per hour; I built a client portal for a self-serve media purchasing platform, including implementing recurring payments with Braintree; I from scratch designed and developed a tool that allowed non-developers to deploy landing pages without touching a line of code; and I worked heavily with the Facebook and Google Ad APIs to create an internal reporting dashboard to track millions of dollars in spend and clicks.
