1. Income Tax Preparation.  Federal, state, and local income taxes are prepared for individuals, partnerships,         corporations, and trusts and estates.
2. Tax Planning.
3. Sales Tax. Tax solutions includes the preparation of state and local sales tax. The process includes record          sales transactions, applying the appropriate tax rate, and completing the appropriate tax return.
4.  Payroll Tax. Payroll for the period is summarized, wages, withholdings, and FICA taxes are   total and                  reported on form 941. At year end W-2 forms and 1099s are issued.
5. Unemployment Tax. Prepares and process state unemployment tax returns. At the end of the year federal unemployment tax return.
