I am currently working as a virtual assistant in the Real Estate industry for more than a year. I served as a team leader in a BPO industry servicing (ebay), where I supervise a team of 14 - 20 employees and coordinate all office functions. My strengths maintaining a good working relationship and building a top-performing team has earned repeated commendations and formal recognition from the higher management of our department. I also worked as a Quality Analyst in a financial account for more than 2 years, where I am responsible in auditing recorded phone calls and give out recommendations on how to improve call handling. Your new opening would benefit from my administrative and managerial skills.
