A technical author with almost 30 years experience in instrumentation, sensing, and metrology. Expert in the detection of oxygen, toxic gas and combustible gas, and related indutries - in particular, electrochemical sensors and catalytic bead (pellistors) sensors. Also,detailed knowledge of other sensor technologies, such as LVDT for displacement transducers. I have been responsible for literature for the Honeywell gas sensing business, and have done work with other major players in the gas detection community. Docoment types include product datasheets, user manuals, service manuals, white papers, characterisation notes, design guides, application notes, technical notes, etc. I have a technical background, with an HND in Electronics and Manufacturing Techniques, and an honours degree in Physics.
