I am a very Technical person and understand many ecommerce platforms. I can help design sites, upload products, you name it I can do it. I also have about 5 years working with Zendesk. and other Customer Support Platforms. I can do it all on Zendesk. I have set up a small business with only around 5 agents to company's that have over a 100. Also, very good with Excel for uploading products to PPC sites or just uploading them to your Website. I also have 5 years working with Amazon Stores.
