I have more than 7 years of experience as a Dell Hardware Technical Support for both Phone and Chat. I am well versed with Computer Hardware Installation as well as Operating System installation (Windows Operating System). We also provide remote access Support to installation of basic software to ensure Computer/System is up and running. This experience was from February 2009 until October 2016.
