  2. Route Problems to internal second and third level IT support staff.
  3. Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware / software / network problem resolution.
  4. Administer and provide User account provisioning. Create, Delete, Disable user accounts and resetting the password.
  5. Creating, modifying and Linking GPO’S to group as required
  6. Installing and administering File Server (DFS & NTFS)
  7. Mailbox creation, sharing mailbox & Creating Distribution list local and global.
  8. Provide level 2 remote desktop support and perform other activities based on SOPs. Perform user account management activities Escalate complex.
  9. Addressing user tickets through service desk portal regarding hardware, software and networking.
  10. Install and test desktop software applications and internet browsers.
