My strength is working with anything technical support related. I have worked with Dell as our client as TSR, Level 2 tech and as a supervisor for almost 7 years, I was a Service Desk Supervisor for a year and currently working for Shaw Cablesystem here in Calgary for almost 3 years. I'm a fast learner and can easily cope with new materials. I'm very good with dealing and being professional with customers.
