Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain end-user documents such as User Guides, Administrator Guides, Installation Guides, Upgrade Guides, Configuration Guides, and other user-centric documents.
• Understand interdependencies of different software modules, database table dependencies, and end-to-end working of the product features by collaborating with the Requirements team, Quality Assurance team, and Development team for authoring of content.
• Perform product training and knowledge-sharing sessions for new members of the documentation team and requirements team.
• Perform Usability testing to get a better knowledge of the product and suggest improvements.
• Mentor and guide new documentation team members on product knowledge, authoring styles, and authoring tool knowledge.
• Publish online and print media help for the assigned software features in the product.
• Perform peer reviews of the documents for the correctness of functionality from a Subject Matter Expert (SME) point of view and adherence to documentation standards.
