I worked as a Technical Writer and Project Coordinator in the Analytics & Informatics division of Health Services Advisory Group, Inc. (HSAG) on numerous federal and state contracts, including for the Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Hospital Compare Support Contract (HCSC) and Partnerships for Patients (PfP). In addition, I wrote External Quality Reports (EQRs) for several clients, including the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) and Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS), Illinois, and Michigan I am comfortable managing and coordinating contract activities, tasks, and deliverables, and maintaining the highest quality of research and analysis for program development and evaluation in the healthcare industry. I also have experience with 508 compliance and learning company style guides, including Gregg, APA, and Chicago. Before working at HSAG, I was an independent consultant subcontracted to Aha! Inc., a technical writing and facilitation contractor. I have facilitated meetings and managed large collaborative projects and feel comfortable speaking in front of others. I conducted travel to Washington D.C. for conferences with the Administration on Aging (AoA) in their Performance Outcomes Measures Project (POMP), and presented on the survey construction, validation, and reliability testing of the POMP instruments. This was one of the first performance measure contracts for AoA.
