I have over 10 years of technical writing experience and am proficient with providing documentation for both non-technical and highly technical audiences.I have experience writing user guides, release notes, white papers, online content, presentations (along with an accompanying script for the presenter), as well as other types of documentation. I have been responsible for editing my own work, as well as the work of my colleagues. Software expertise in this area includes XML, HTML, DITA, several types of help authoring software applications (i.e., MadCap Flare, Adobe RoboHelp, and Innovasys HelpStudio). I have additional expertise with more common applications such as Microsoft Office suite and Adobe FrameMaker.
