I am self taught on both the PC and Mac, using both as tools when working at a print shop for 7 years, then carrying on the business at home for my clients. Using a PC to run extensive mailing lists and the Mac for laying out books, forms, magazines, booklets, pamphlets, flyers, posters, business cards, and anything else that could be printed.On the Mac I worked using Quark and became proficient in it, but did not achieve proficiency with Photoshop because it is used more by the artists than the typesetters. I was just learning InDesign when I decided to travel with my husband and no longer hold a local job.I enjoy creative writing and was commissioned to write a poem for a small township in the area.
