I have a lot of work from home telephone experience including customer service. I in fact currently work from home answering customer calls for a psychic line. I process orders,assist customers,and create new customer accounts. I am however seeking a replacement position. Some of my work hours do not work the best for me. I am as flexible as I can be,though. I have been with my current company for over a year. Prior to that, I have experience doing customer satisfaction surveys from home as well as other customer service, a little chat, and inbound sales. As you can see, I am used to being on the phone. I would do a phone job again, but I would honestly prefer email or chat customer service over phone work. I possess good computer and typing skills as well. I am also personable, and have a good voice.
