Powerful reporting tool. MS Dynamic RMS space has two products in its suite - 1. Retail Management System – This product is built on traditional VB (VB6) and has around 50,000 customers across globe. This is the backbone of the MS Dynamics Retail Management System. We are involved in end to end work for their next feature pack2 which also includes developing next generation user interaction architecture for their single and multiple retail store using CRM and Denali Crescent of SQL Server 2012. We are also involved in adding new formats for Credit cards and hence supporting MS in getting PCI DSS certification for this new release. 2. Point Of Sale (POS) – This product is a replacement of RMS and is built using .Net. This product also has two tracks – a. POS Production Support and Sustenance Engineering - SLA based production support and Sustenance Engineering. b. POS FP – This is a yearly release comprising the enhancements identified and triaged by the product / sales team together.
