Each trademark application order includes:

-Review of the trademark for the absolute grounds of refusal (descriptive, generic etc.),

-Preparation of the trademark application,

-Monitoring the application until it's registered,

-Completing and filing a substantive office action response,

-Trademark watch service as from application date,

-Similar/identical trademark search and report of risks of the application (extra).

As a Turkish Attorney, I can discuss directly with the examiner on trademark application process; I can follow up the trademark application if any legal action needed.

Note: There is a 380 TRY application fee for each class (the amount will be updated as 01.01.2023). There will be 1.020 TRY registration fee (the amount will be updated as 01.01.2023) once the decision of registration given by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.

NOTE: This service covers only filing an application to TURKPATENT. Therefore, any further required filings, oppositions and other works are subject to further agreements and fees.
