This package includes filing your trademark application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The package is for filing of a single application in a single class. For filing of an application including multiple classes, please add US$35 per additional class. The filing fee charged by the USPTO shall be extra. The USPTO normally charges a fee of US$ 275 per class for electronic filing. This can be paid by you directly, or through us. If you wish to pay the same through us, please inform us of your requirement and we shall advise you regarding additional transaction charges involved. We have been filing trademark applications with the USPTO for some Software Companies that have operations both in the US and in India. These companies find it extremely cost effective compared to engaging a trademark attorney in the US. We have also done the same for some employers on Guru.com If you wish to conduct a trademark search before filing your application, it is available as a separate package.
